We won’t leave you in the dark with the building process and what to expect, along with what could happen, once it begins. We’ll be there with you every step of the way. Once you make the initial consultation with us via phone or email, you’ll be contacted by one of our designers to set up a visit at your home to discuss your ideas and wishes for your home. They will create a design based on your ideas within a two to three week time period and, if the design fits your expectations, signing our contract is the next step.
Shortly thereafter, you will meet with your assigned project manager to document the dimensions of the space you want to remodel and create a plan that will involve as little intrusion into your daily activities as possible. They will also supervise the construction, reporting directly to you and listening to any questions and concerns you may have down the line. In the client plan review meeting held prior to the construction start date, we’ll review with you and your project manager all aspects of the project,such as the final designs made by your designer. Then we’ll go over important start-up issues, such as hours of operation and how much access in the home is needed.
