ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Golden Valley Addition This home’s original 1.5-stall garage and inadequate lower-level living space was demolished and replaced with a tandem, nearly three-stall garage. A precast concrete slab allowed for an updated lower-level rumpus room where kids and adults could play and relax. Above the expanded garage space, a master bedroom suite was built, featuring walk-in closets, a walk-in shower, a sauna, and plenty of lounging space in the bedroom. A Juliet balcony overlooking the backyard provides respite for the homeowners.
