ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Lakeland Township Whole-House Remodel As part of this whole-house remodel, the lower level’s walkout spaces were updated. The home theatre was partitioned to minimize sound transfer to adjacent game activities. A corner gas fireplace was added to keep the space warm while entertaining on winter nights. A step-down layout was created by constructing a walkway platform to adjacent private areas. A study area was also created just off the general family room space.
Features Custom wrought-iron railing with maple railing. Custom maple cabinetry and granite countertops for study area. Corner gas fireplace with cultured stone surround and stained maple mantle.
