ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Lakeland Township Whole House A growing family of driving-aged kids presented the opportunity for a garage addition and exterior enhancements to the entire home, including capacity for three full-sized vehicles and ample space to store accessory vehicles. An attic truss system provided expanded storage capabilities above the new attached garage. The second-story additions were not limited to the garage—the home now boasted over 1,000 extra square feet of space, including third and fourth bedrooms with a shared bathroom configuration for the kids.

Features Cultured stone veneer exteriors on the lower portion of the front of the home with low-maintenance High-profile shingles and Hardie board siding on the exterior walls and upper portions of the entire home.
