South Minneapolis Three-time Client After taking on the kitchen in 2009 and bathroom in 2011, it was time to unify this often-renovated home. An identifiable front-entry porch and heated-entry porch were added to this turn-of-the-century classic. The entire home was outfitted with prefinished Hardie board siding with low-maintenance trim boards, soffits, and fascias.
Features Two Doric fiber-cast columns accentuate this classic look. Cement-board siding, in both shingle and lap styles, offers the maintenance-free peace of mind this client desired.
