ABOUT THIS PROJECT
When their typical wood-siding home from the late 1980’s was due for extensive siding maintenance, our client wanted to minimize future repair work. Low-maintenance cement-board siding, PVC trim boards, and cultured stone accents enhanced the appearance and durability of the home’s exterior. Both horizontal-lap and shingle-look cement siding were used with color-accent trim boards to delineate the difference between the products. This typical suburban wood-sided home has been transformed into the low-maintenance home the client wanted, and achieved the kind of curb appeal that turns neighborhood walkers into gawkers.
